many different colors do you have in stock?
Our indoor showroom hosts over 100 granite colors in FULL SLABS from all over the
world, mainly from India, Brazil, Italy and Spain.
What kind of
edges do you offer?
Standard Edges: ¼ Round, ¼
Bevel, Eased
Premium Edges: Ogee, Cove
Ogee, Triple Pencil, Demi Bullnose, Full Bullnose
What is the
thickness of the granite?
1 ¼” (3cm)
or ¾” (2cm)
What is
the turnaround time for kitchen countertops?
Between 3 and 5 days from
template to installation depending on whether you need to
lay out the template on the actual slab
What
does laying out the template entail?
On granite colors that have
a lot of motion, we invite you to come in and lay out the
wood template on the actual slab. That way you can have
certain portions of the slabs in certain areas of the
countertops. The process takes between 10 and 20 minutes
depending on the size of the kitchen.
What is
the turnaround time for vanities etc?
No more than 3 days.
How do
I clean granite?
The safest way to clean
granite is with a damp cloth and soap. You may also use any
cleaning products that do NOT contain ammonia.
How
often do I have to seal the granite?
The granite comes already
sealed. However, you have two options over time:\

have it sealed with the lifetime
warranty sealant
-
seal it yourself every 6 to 12 months
Can
granite crack?
Granite does
not crack with ordinary use. However, do not stand or sit on
the granite near the sink area, cooktop cutouts or
unsupported overhangs as too much weight applied to the
stone may cause it to crack
Can
granite scratch?
Granite is one of the
hardest stones. It is extrememly difficult to scratch
granite.
Can
granite chip?
Granite will not chip under
normal use, although a heavy object hitting an edge could
cause a small chip. If that happens, the chip can be filled.
Can I
choose granite from a small sample?
Samples of granite are not
accurate representations of the entire slab due to
variations in color.
